منشقو الحزب الحاكم يشكلون كتلة جديدة
اليمن على طاولة مجلس الأمن دبلوماسيون يقولون إن مجلس الأمن يريد إرسال رسالة سياسية مفادها أنه يتابع الوضع باليمن (رويترز) يناقش اليوم مجلس الأمن الدولي الوضع في اليمن بعد دخول الاحتجاجات المطالبة برحيل الرئيس علي عبد الله صالح شهرها الثالث، في غضون ذلك أعلن مجلس التعاون الخليجي استمراره في الوساطة لحل الأزمة اليمنية، في وقت أعلن فيه منشقون من حزب المؤتمر الشعبي العام الحاكم تشكيل كتلة معارضة جديدة. وقال دبلوماسيون في المجلس لرويترز إن الاجتماع -الذي يعد الأول من نوعه بشأن اليمن- اقترحه سفير ألمانيا لدى الأمم المتحدة بيتر فيتيج، وأضافوا أن مسؤولا رفيعا من إدارة الشؤون السياسية في المنظمة الدولية سيقدم تقرير إحاطة إلى مجلس الأمن الذي قد يصدر بيانا عن اليمن في ختام الاجتماع. وذكر الدبلوماسيون أن المجلس يريد بعث رسالة سياسية مفادها أنه يتابع الوضع في اليمن. استمرار الوساطة خليجيا أعلن مجلس التعاون الخليجي الاثنين في بيان أنه يواصل وساطته لحل الأزمة اليمنية، وأضاف أن وزراء خارجيته سيلتقون اليوم الثلاثاء في أبو ظبي وفدا حكوميا يمنيا. وكان الحزب الحاكم رشح في وقت سابق لحضور الاجتماع عبد ربه منصور هادي نائب الرئيس اليمني وعبد الكريم الإرياني المستشار السياسي للرئيس ووزير الخارجية أبو بكر القربي وشخصيات أخرى. وذكرت مصادر أن الخليجيين طرحوا في اجتماعهم مع المعارضة اليمنية مقترحات لكيفية تقديم ضمانات للرئيس اليمني وأقاربه ونظامه عبر تشريع دستوري أو قانون يصدر من مجلس النواب اليمني. من جهتها قالت مصادر دبلوماسية إن المعارضة تلقت الآلية الزمنية لتنحي الرئيس اليمني التي قدمها الأوروبيون والأميركيون، وإنها ردت عليها. وكانت دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي عرضت الوساطة بين الحكومة والمعارضة، لكن المعارضة ترفض مثل هذه المحادثات دون ضمانات بتنحي صالح عن السلطة. ولم تتحقق أي انفراجة في اجتماع بين زعماء المعارضة ووزراء خارجية دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي في السعودية الأحد. " الحزب يعارض قمع الاحتجاجات ويطالب بإنهاء حكم صالح المستمر منذ 32 عاما " زعيم كتلة "العدالة والبناء" محمد أبو لحوم العدالة والبناء إلى ذلك شكل منشقون عن حزب المؤتمر الشعبي العام الحاكم في اليمن كتلة معارضة جديدة تحت اسم "كتلة العدالة والبناء". ويشارك في الكتلة الجديدة عدد من أبرز قياديي الحكومة والحزب الحاكم المستقيلين احتجاجا على قمع المتظاهرين المطالبين بالتغيير. وقال المؤسسون إن الكتلة ستكون منبرا سياسيا يستوعب متغيرات المرحلة التي ينشدها اليمنيون. كما أعلنت الكتلة تأييدها لشباب الثورة. وتضم الكتلة الجديدة وزراء في حكومة تصريف الأعمال بينهم وزير السياحة ووزير النقل ووزيرة حقوق الإنسان، كما تضم أعضاء من مجلسي النواب والشورى كانوا قد استقالوا من الحزب الحاكم. وأعلن زعيم الحزب الجديد محمد أبو لحوم أن الحزب يعارض قمع الاحتجاجات ويطالب بإنهاء حكم صالح المستمر منذ 32 عاما. يذكر أن المئات كانوا استقالوا من الحزب إثر جمعة الكرامة التي قتل فيها نحو 57 من ثوار ساحة التغيير بصنعاء. وقد رحب الناطق الرسمي باسم أحزاب اللقاء المشترك بتشكيل الكتلة الجديدة، كما رحبت بها الكتل البرلمانية المعارضة والمستقلون، واعتبروها نتيجة لرفض الاستبداد وانحيازا لثورة الشعب السلمية. http://www.aljazeera.net/NR/exeres/9...GoogleStatID=1

آخر تحديث: الثلاثاء، 19 ابريل/ نيسان، 2011، 10:21 GMT Facebook Twitter ارسل لصديق اطبع نسخة سهلة القراءة . اجتماع مجلس الأمن جاء بناء على اقتراح ألمانيا يناقش وزراء خارجية الدول الاعضاء في مجلس التعاون الخليجي في اجتماع استثنائي يعقدوه في ابو ظبي الثلاثاء الوضع في اليمن. وقالت الامانة العامة للمجلس في بيان اصدرته بهذا المعنى يوم امس الاثنين إن الاجتماع سيكرس لاستكمال المناقشات التي جرت مؤخرا في المملكة العربية السعودية حول التطورات الاخيرة في اليمن. وجاء في البيان ان وزراء خارجية دول المجلس سيجرون محادثات مع ممثلي الحكومة اليمنية في اطار مباديء المبادرة التي طرحها المجلس والرامية الى حل الازمة السياسية التي يمر بها اليمن. وكان الوزراء الخليجيون قد استضافوا وفد المعارضة اليمنية الذي ترأسه محمد سالم باسندوة وزير الخارجية السابق وضم ايضا عبد الوهاب العنسي من حركة الاصلاح يوم الأحد في الرياض. وكشفت مصادر لبي بي سي عن بوادر اتفاق جديد حول نقل السلطة سلميا في اليمن لشخصية سياسية يختارها الرئيس في غضون الاسابيع الثلاثة القادمة بجهود خليجية مدعومة من الولايات المتحدة وبريطانيا. وأكد الوفد عقب المباحثات تمسك المعارضة بالمبادرة الخليجية في صيغتها الاولى التي تطالب بتنحي الرئيس اليمني. على صعيد آخر، قالت مصادر دبلوماسية في الامم المتحدة يوم امس الاثنين إن مجلس الامن يعتزم مناقشة الوضع المتأزم في اليمن حيث دخلت الاحتجاجات المناهضة للحكومة شهرها الثالث. ونقلت وكالة رويترز عن هذه المصادر قولها إن الاجتماع الذي اقترحه سفير المانيا لدى الامم المتحدة بيتر فيتيج من المقرر أن يعقد في الساعة السابعة والنصف من مساء الثلاثاء بتوقيت جرينتش. وقالت المصادر إن مسؤولا رفيعا من ادارة الشؤون السياسية في الامم المتحدة سيقدم تقرير احاطة الى مجلس الامن الذي قد يصدر بيانا عن اليمن في ختام الاجتماع. وقال احد المبعوثين "نريد ان نبعث برسالة سياسية مفادها اننا نتابع الوضع." وتم التحضير للاجتماع في الوقت الذي أعلن الاثنين في صنعاء عن تشكيل تكتل سياسي جديدا تحت اسم " العدالة والبناء" يضم أعضاء بارزين ووزراء سابقين في الحزب الحاكم احتجاجا لدعم الاحتجاجات المناهضة للرئيس اليمني علي عبد الله صالح. وفي وقت لاحق، قال وزير الخارجية الروسي سيرغيه لافروف إن المعارضة اليمنية، كنظيرتها الليبية، ربما تنتظر عونا غربيا على غرار العملية التي ينفذها حلف شمال الاطلسي، وذلك للاطلاحة بالرئيس اليمني علي عبدالله صالح. وقال لافروف في تصريحات ادلى بها في العاصمة الصربية بلغراد إن المعارضة اليمنية "باستخدام نفس المنطق الذي تستخدمه المعارضة الليبية ترفض الجلوس الى طاولة المفاوضات املا بالحصول على دعم غربي." ووصف لافروف هذا المنحى بأنه "منحى خطير جدا قد يؤدي الى ردود فعل غاية في الخطورة." تظاهراتميدانيا، افادت الانباء بسقوط عشرات الجرحى وعشرات الحالات أصيبت باختناق وتسمم بالغازات في هجوم جديد على مئات الآلاف من المتظاهرين بصنعاء من قبل مئات المسلحين بالقرب من مبنى وزارة الخارجية من أنصار الحزب الحاكم والقبائل الموالية للسلطة. واكد شهود عيان استخدام قوات حكومية للرشاشات المتوسطة والاسلحة الخفيفة في هجومها على المتظاهرين، فيما راحت سيارات الاسعاف والدراجات النارية تنقل الجرحى وسط استمرار اطلاق كثيف للنيران. http://www.bbc.co.uk/arabic/middleea...cussions.shtml
