Ali Abdullah Saleh, submitted a request to the United States of America to handed over Muhammad Ali Al-Moayed and his colleague Mohammed Zayed from a prison of America also claimed the official media that Saleh had made this request during a meeting with Mr. Robert Moeller Director American Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
