الناس تتحرر وهم يبونا عبيد وكمان باصرار وتصميم
رسالتهم للامم المتحده لافشال جهود تيار الاستقلال حسبنا الله
اخواني ابناء الجنوب اليكم رساله وجهها من يتبعون تيار الفيدراليه الى الاممين العام للامم المتحده يطالبون فيها بفيدراليه يريدون ان يخدمون اليمن وقبيلة حاشد باي طريقه ويريدون ان يفشلون مساعي سيادة الرئيس البيض ويردون ان نبقى تحت سيطرة اليمنين ولماذا بهذا الوقت بالذات ارسلو رسالتهم بعد رساله وجهها سيادة الرئيس البيض ووضح فيها للامين العام للامم المتحده انه تم اعلان فك الارتباط في عام94 بعد حرب شنها النظام اليمني على الجنوب .
وكلما قام سيادة الرئيس البيض بخطوه وتحرك من اجل الاستقلال يقوم الفيدراليين بتقديم تسهيلات من اجل ان يبقى الجنوب تحت تبعية والسيطره اليمنيه
جبنا لكم لب الرساله وهي طويله لكن ماهو مهم فيها مع جهود قليله لترجمتها
بس فيه سوال اذا اكانو يرون انفسهم ممثلين لابناء الجنوب لماذا يخفون مثل هذه االامور والرسائل لماذا هذا التكتم والسريه ولعلمكم اي عمل يتستر عليه مشبوه وهم يعرفون حجمهم في الجنوب ففضلو العمل من تحت الطاوله ويريدون ان يمررو علينا افكارهم ومشاريعهم المنتتقصه من حق ابناء الجنوب

Subject: Situation in South Yemen
Her Excellency,
We would like to take this opportunity to express our profound gratitude to the role
played by the UN Security Council in accordance with the principles proclaimed in
the Charter of the United Nations (UN), recognition of the inherent dignity and of the
equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of
freedom, justice, peace and security.
Therefore, we would like to express our immense concerns to all Security Council’s
members in relation to the issue surrounding the devastating outcomes and
practices which have been inflicting on southerners since the civil war in 1994
between north and south Yemen. Sadly, the Southern Issue dropped from the
agenda during the negotiations orchestrated by the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)
in Saudi Arabia, despite its priority, legality and magnitude. Our aim is to bring this
issue to your attentions to discuss our situation (the Southern Issue) in order to seek
an effective approach and a peaceful road map while discussing the issue on Yemen
in the Security Council under Chapter 7 of the UN or otherwise.
Therefore, we encourage and kindly solicit the Security Council and its distinguished
members to execute the UN’s overall ethos of maintenance of peace and security,
conflict prevention, settlement of dispute by peaceful means and in accordance with
international law and in line with the principles stated in the UN Charter.
Consequently, this approach will embark on an end to oppressions, racial
discriminations and aggression since 1994 which evidently violated international
treaties immensely.
For that reason, we plead to the Security Council to consider the following actions:
Renew and resume recommendations stated in resolutions No. 924 and
Resolution 931 of 1994 in order to broker and re-instate an effective dialogue
between Southerners and Northerners supervised by the international
community and coordinated by the UN.
Adopt pro-actively an executive mechanism to address and resolve the issue
in accordance with international law in a similar manner as per South Sudan
for our citizens in the South to determine their future in a peaceful and
democratic manner.
Freeze assets of those who committed crimes against humanity.
Engagement of the International Criminal Court (ICC) for crimes committed so
justice can prevail.
Recognise the need to order the military and security forces and its presence
to fully withdraw from the Southern regions and cities.
We are looking forward to hearing from you soon and strongly feel that the UN would
not avoid its international obligations to a nation who inhabited a previously
sovereign state and member of the UN prior to unification in 1990.

اعتماد اليه تنفيذيه استباقيه لمعالجة وحل القضيه الجنوبيه وفقا للقانون الدولي وبطريقه مشابهه كما في جنوب السودان
