These groups are totally under the supervision and sponsorship of Ali Mohsen Al-Ahmer. Hameed Al-Ahmer is helping the general in financing these groups where their substantial presence is in Hadda. They are well trained by his men and by others from different countries as well. Their ultimate goal is to keep the south under the control of Ali Mohsen and Hameed not even under the Govenrment. ... The solution to this problem is to have well trained military and security personnel to fight these groups on the southern land. Snipers are appealed to get rid of them in Aden areas.
