I am back again and thanks to those who offered me this help.
First the situation has been delicate recently and the southerners have to come together to specific ideas among themselves and then to go for dialogue. All factions must make some sacrifices and try to come to mutual agreement on major ideas or points. I am sure that they can do that. However, Dialogue should be done under stable security in the country. Therefore, the Military forces should be RESTRUCTURED FIRST before Dialogues takes place.
