الاخوة ابناء الجنوب المقيمين في بريطانيا تبقى لدينا اقل من شهرين لجمع حوالي 350 توقيع من ابناء الجنوب المقيمين في بريطانيا واصدقائهم ليتمكن مجلس الوزراء من الوقوف امام قضية الجنوب ومطالب ابناء الجنوب بالتحرر والاستقلال من نظام صنعاء الهمجي المتخلف انها فرصه منا سبه لنا جميعا وهي لا تتطلب اكثر من تعبئة البيانات الموجوده على الرابط ادناه بالون الاحمر اما الروابط التي في الاسفل فهي لمن يريد ان يطلع على جزء من معانات ابناء الجنوب تحت نير الاحتلال اليمني

To stand by the right of the South Yemen 's (South Arabian) people to self determination, freedom and independence.
As southerners please do it for your fellow countryman. Scores have been killed since May 2007 and many hundreds arrested. You may or may not agree with the INFISAAL but surely we can all agree on freedom of speech and respect for human rights. Since May 2007 Yemen has witnessed widespread civil unrest in the south. There is strong southern sentiment that maintains the South was not unified with the North, but rather was illegally occupied by Northern forces following the civil war in 1994. This has been marked by a storm of protest across the South in which southerners have mobilised against what they see as institutionalised economic and political discrimination against Southern citizens. The Yemeni state’s reaction to Southern discontent has been increased repression. Peaceful protesters face tear gas, rubber bullets, live rounds, imprisonment, and even death. The government has actively tried to prevent citizens from gathering, and it has interfered with international press coverage of events. As the south was formally a protectorate under British rule we urge the Prime Minister and British government to adopt an active interest in this crisis by standing by the right of the Southern people to self- determination, freedom and independence and to pressure the state to respect southerner’s (as well as their own people’s) human rights and freedom of expression
Since April, armed clashes and violence between government forces and dissatisfied protesters have been reported in various parts of southern Yemen. Southerners accuse the government of marginalizing the region. CPJ has ********ed numerous cases in which government and security forces imposed censorship and arrested journalists. At least one newspaper has come under physical attack.
