B) return public and private properties that looted by Sanaa regime leaders under influence of wrong fatwa and consider it as negative outcome of war.
C)reform all Southern securities and military bases and equipments and civilian institutions as it was before the War.
D)revoke provisions against list of South Yemen leaders which included(16)members and consider it as fault statement, and return back displaced persons to Home and return their properties.
(HATM) movement: call for self-determination and use armed struggle since its start on 1997.
4) National Alliance : this movement was extension of MOJ movement and it's first attempt to find political tools to introduce South Issue locally and tried to get permission from authority were refused to allow it.
5)People's Committees : these committees were the initiatives of local people activities ,it was great idea ,but opposition parties were anti-committee which encouraged Sanaa regime to suppress it.
6)South Yemeni's Forum :this forum were form by South Yemeni's who live in Sanaa they start to claim for rights only,but still it angered Sanaa regime but it able to stopped the campaign carried out against rest of south Yemeni's who work in Government and maintained some of their rights ,where it forms seed of peaceful movement.
7)Independent Assembly: this was extension of "group to reform unification way" and its member separated from Socialist party the previous dominated party in South Yemen.
8)TAJ party: founded on 2004 in London(UK) call for self-determination for South and it quickly spread inside South provinces ,it participate to define South issue internationally and became main member of southern movement allies .
9)Associations of Retired civilian and military employees: these associations played main role to emergence of South Peaceful Movement ,specially military members who form a backbone of South Movement and it's first one to break the barrier of fear when protested on (AL-aroad square) in Khormaksar on 7/7/2007, and opened a wide field to peaceful demonstration with help of other such as Youth,Unemployed and civil society associations.

In accordance with normal functioning of historic event that imposed by causality(Cause and Effect),the Situation imposed by tyranny regime of Sanaa to South since 7/7/1994,by using oppression tools, tribal heritage cultural that practice booty and cheating,and use "Divide and Rule"...etc,inevitably lead to revolution of South to current situation imposed by Sanaa regime where South people's feel that they are out of contemporary life and backward to earlier centuries with no hopes and aspirations,due to suffering and pain feeling the revolution movement clearly explicit the issue publicly , and for the dangerous way that Sanaa regime use to secure and consolidate it's tyranny by drive and inject a division and discord among southerns by remind a past-conflict and crisis of South the first steps of South Revolution is not to give chance to Sanaa regime to exploit South past-conflict's by enact the principle of "Reconciliation and Tolerance" among South Yemeni's;hence,the first Forum for "Reconciliation and Tolerance" was held in Aden on Jan 13,2006 in Radfan Charitable Association Headquarter,after that followed by established "Reconciliation and Tolerance "forums in all Southern provinces and cites ,Sanaa regime brutally confronted organizers and detained activists and close Radfan Associations Headquarters's in Aden;however,the South reconciliation and tolerance continued to pace by interaction of all South People's ,then during time the Associations of Southern retired Military and Civilian were establish,and Youth,Students Association and much of political and Cultural organization were formed , protesters goes to Streets to announce refusal and revolt against tyranny of Sanaa regime,South People's shout loudly in the face of Sanaa regime saying "leave the land of South and No unification by force",sanaa regime tried to oppress revolution by using various types of forces and intelligent ware ,but it fails and Southern Movement widely scattered and expanded everywhere in South provinces and cities ,and the barrier of fear displaced which Sanaa regime imposed on South over the pass twenty years to inaugurate officially peaceful revolution of South Yemeni's with objective of Self-determination.

2)even though oppression ways,killing,and detained imposed by Sanaa regime to suppress South revolt,but this revolution has grown in strength and continuous ,Sanaa regime couldn't stop it,but success to divert world attention and block international media,the most important way Sanaa regime use to divert world attention is by using Al-Qeada cells which has strong relation with Sanaa regime since the war against South on period May 1990-1994 ... , on despite fail to link Al-Qeada with South Movement,however, relatively successes in raising serious concern and wary to neighboring countries and developed countries about Al-Qaeda threat which make these countries a afraid to get closer to Southern Movement or understand their demand,with wrong judgment of Realities of situation in Yemen by emphasize unity of Yemen the only guarantor to stability and peace to secure interests of those countries from Al-Qeadea threats,while the fact is confirm and insist no peace and stability in Yemen without resolution to South issue.
3) Sanaa regime took advantage to the fear and wary of neighboring countries and the world from Al-Qeada to strongly oppress South Movement ,kill South people's everywhere,and detain South leaders and activists without trial accept know-leaders who faced intelligent court judgment with 4 to 10 years imprisonment sentenced ,and targeting cities by heavy weapons(tank,canons )...etc destroying private houses and properties.
4)becuse of critical circumstance and situation it was essential to have organized framework for South Movement, and began this efforts on 2008 by establishing supreme National Council of Liberation and Restoration of South state" headed by respected leader Mr/ Hassan Ahmed Baom which make South issue as supper Priority to its political strategic and platform,also it has been establish during the period from Nov 2008 to March 2009 three South political entities (movements) all adopt independence and Restoration of South as main goal.here the name of movements
A) National Southern authority
B)supreme National authority for independence of South
C)South National Movement(NAJAH)
many political ,Social ,tribal and academics persons were joined to movement,also South Yemeni's communities who live abroad formed Associations in places where they live to support goal of independence of South.
5) After founded all of indicated authorities and Associations the dialogues begins to find way to unified entities,those efforts culminated in merger of all entities in May 9,2009 under one institutional framework named "South Revolutionary Command Council' headed by Mr/Hassan Ahmed Baom,then the name changed to"Supreme Council of South peaceful Movement",the most important objective(goal) to this Council is independent and the restoration of South state,and appointed Mr/Ali Salem Al-Bedidh as legitimate president of South,Mr /Ali Salem engaged since his attained in Germany after long exile in Oman since 1994 to adopt the goal of revolution and leadership of South by declaring statement on 21/May/2009.
6)Oppression and butchery of Sanaa regime to South People's,assignations,kidnapping and detain Southern rebels , more than five hundred casualties and thousands wounded and imprisoned with ashamed ignorance of Arab countries and all Human rights and Humanitarian organizations,despite all appeal and call for help by South people.
7) Sanaa regime tried to imposed tight securities grip in main southern provinces such (Aden ,Hadrumot) by strengthen forces existence by sending thousands of troops and Soldiers of different division such(Central security,National Security Guard,and Intelligent cells),and was able to limit Southern movement activities for a few months in mentioned cites ,however, by social networking across internet the Aden Youth's success to revolt in Feb 11,2011 and success to break the security barriers by gathering on streets and Public Squares and set-up Camps,the reaction of Sanaa regime were aggressive and bloody specially when demonstrations attained and struggle to North Yemen cites,Sana'a regime pleaded(give execuse) to its aggressive manner to South protesters by saying "South Youth's raise the independent goal"which threats the unity,which lead Youth in Aden and Mukalla to demand for "overthrow the Sanaa regime" as strategy to avoid massacre and to not give a regime chance to kill South People's, Sanaa regime angered for this step,because it want to convince to North People if the regime overthrown the South will separated and will lose South Wealth. is the Human conscience will remain silent on these crimes against Humanity ,after more than twenty five casualties and two hundred wounded on a few days from Feb 10 to Feb 26 2011.

7) Sanaa regime tried to imposed tight securities grip in main southern provinces such (Aden ,Hadrumot) by strengthen forces existence by sending thousands of troops and Soldiers of different division such(Central security,National Security Guard,and Intelligent cells),and was able to limit Southern movement activities for a few months in mentioned cites ,however, by social networking across internet the Aden Youth's success to revolt in Feb 11,2011 and success to break the security barriers by gathering on streets and Public Squares and set-up Camps,the reaction of Sanaa regime were aggressive and bloody specially when demonstrations attained and struggle to North Yemen cites,Sana'a regime pleaded(give execuse) to its aggressive manner to South protesters by saying "South Youth's raise the independent goal"which threats the unity,which lead Youth in Aden and Mukalla to demand for "overthrow the Sanaa regime" as strategy to avoid massacre and to not give a regime chance to kill South People's, Sanaa regime angered for this step,because it want to convince to North People if the regime overthrown the South will separated and will lose South Wealth. is the Human conscience will remain silent on these crimes against Humanity ,after more than twenty five casualties and two hundred wounded on a few days from Feb 10 to Feb 26 2011.

يقتضي إعطاء لمحة موجزة عن خلفيتها التاريخية نوجزها بالنقاط التالية:
1ــ في 19يناير 1839م استطاعت بريطانيا بعد مقاومة شرسة وحرب غير متكافئة مع ابناء عدن، من احتلال عدن التي كانت حينها تتبع سلطنه لحج العبدلية إحدى سلطنات ومشيخات ما عرف بالجنوب العربي الواقع على الرقعة الجغرافية الممتدة من سلطنة عمان شرقاً إلى مضيق باب المندب والبحر الأحمر غرباً ومن البحر العرب جنوباً إلى حدود المملكة العربية السعودية ودولة أئمة الشيعة الزيدية شمالاً وهي ما عرف لاحقاً بــ (الجمهورية العربية اليمنية)، ودولة أئمة الشيعة الزيدية تلك تعاقبت على حكم اليمن الشمالي أكثر من ألف سنة (أواخر القرن الثالث الهجري حتى أواخر القرن الرابع عشر الهجري) فشلت خلالها رغم محاولاتها العديدة من ضم الجنوب العربي إلى سلطانها أو إخضاعه لحكمها...(ملاحظة يتم وضع هنأ خريطة الجنوب العربي وفقاً لتقسيم السابق)

2ــ استمر احتلال الانجليز للجنوب العربي الذي عرف مؤخراً باليمن الجنوبي (جمهورية اليمن الديمقراطية الشعبية)، مائة وتسعة وعشرين عاماً، خاض خلالها الجنوبيون انتفاضات ومقاومة مستمرة ضد الاستعمار البريطاني، توجت تلك الانتفاضات بانطلاق ثورة 14اكتوبر 1963م التي تبنت الكفاح المسلح ضد الانجليز لمدة أربع سنوات توجت برحيل الاستعمار البريطاني ونيل الاستقلال الوطني في 30نوفمبر 1967م الذي أعلن فيه قيام جمهورية اليمن الجنوبية الشعبية بقيادة الجبهة القومية التي تأثرت بالفكر القومي واليساري (الاشتراكي) في خمسينات وستينات القرن الماضي..
3ــ قضت دولة الاستقلال بقيادة الجبهة القومية على جميع سلطنات ومشيخات وإمارات الجنوب السابقة، وشردت رموزها خارج الوطن، واعادت تقسيم الجنوب إلى ست محافظات هي: عدن وحضرموت والمهرة وشبوة وأبين ولحج (ملاحظة توضع هنأ خارطة جمهورية اليمن الديمقراطية الشعبية وفقا لذلك التقسيم)


ثم انتهجت تلك الدولة، فكر الاشتراكية العلمية، الذي تم وفقاً له تأميم الملكية الخاصة، وتشريد أصحاب رأس المال الجنوبي في دول الجوار، فدانت تلك الدولة بالولاء للمعسكر الشرقي ( الاشتراكي)، وتأسيس تبعاً لذلك الحزب الاشتراكي اليمني في أكتوبر 1978م وتغير اسم الدولة إلى (جمهورية اليمن الديمقراطية الشعبية) التي كان من ابرز أهدافها تحقيق الوحدة مع دولة اليمن الشمالي ( الجمهورية العربية اليمنية) التي تأسست في 26سبتمبر 1962م عقب إطاحة ضباط الجيش بدولة الأئمة الزيدية ، واتخذت تلك الدولة نهجاً شبه رأسمالي، فدانت بالولاء للمعسكر الغربي(الرأسمالي)، ونتيجة هذا التباين بين نظامي الدولتين، فقد شهدتا ثلاثة حروب بينهما، وكان يعقب كل منها جلسات مفاوضات تفضي إلى اتفاقات بشأن تحقيق الوحدة بين الدولتين، إلا أنها تتعثر في مهدها..
4ــ بتاريخ 22مايو 1990م تم الإعلان في عدن عن قيام وحدة اندماجيه بين نظامي الدولتين (جهورية اليمن الديمقراطية الشعبية والجمهورية العربية اليمنية) ممثلين بالرئيسين/ علي عبدالله صالح وعلي سالم البيض، وحدد الإعلان مرحلة انتقاليه لمدة سنتين وستة أشهر، يتم خلالها دمج مؤسسات الدولتين واستكمال بناء الدولة الموحدة التي سميت بــ (الجمهورية اليمنية) دون أن يستفتى شعبي الدولتين على تلك الوحدة، ومع ذلك فأن أياً من تلك الاتفاقيات والمواثيق الموقعة، لم يتم تنفيذها خلال المرحلة الانتقالية أو بعدها...كانت هذه لمحة تاريخية موجزه عن خلفية القضية الجنوبية وهي مهمة لفهم تلك القضية فهماً سليماً .
ثانياً: نشوء القضية الجنوبية ومراحل تطورها:
مرت القضية الجنوبية بثلاث مراحل رئيسية هي:
المرحلة الأولى: نشوء وتبلور القضية الجنوبية(22/5/1990م/ ـــ 7/7/1994م):
ارتبط وتزامن نشوء القضية الجنوبية مع إعلان الوحدة الاندماجية فيما بين دولتي جمهورية اليمن الديمقراطية الشعبية والجمهورية العربية اليمنية، ليلة الثاني والعشرين من مايو1990م تحت مسمى جديد هو(الجمهورية اليمنية) وهذه الوحدة ولدت كسيحة غير قادرة على الحركة أو الوقوف على رجليها وبيان ذلك:
أ‌) ما إن تحققت الوحدة الطوعية السلمية بين الدولتين في 1990م، حتى أتضح أن نظام الشمال إنما كان يضمر إلحاق الجنوب بسلطته والاستحواذ عليه، بأرضه الشاسعة(350,000 كيلومتر مربع) وموقعة الإستراتيجي وشواطئه الواسعة وما يختزنه من ثروات معدنية وزراعية وسمكية، وإحالته غنيمة لحكام الشمال ينهبون موارده وثرواته. أكد ذلك سلوك أولئك الحكام عقب إعلان الوحدة، كما أكدت ذلك شهادات قيادات الشمال في مذكراتهم التي صدرت مؤخرا منها مذكرات الشيخين عبدالله بن حسين الأحمر وسنان أبو لحوم.. في الوقت الذي كان ينظر الجنوبيون للوحدة بوصفها حلماً قومياً ومشروع دولة يمنية حديثة ومزدهرة.
ب‌)انتقلت القيادة الجنوبية إلى صنعاء عاصمة الدولة الموحدة حسب اتفاقيات الوحدة، وتنازلت عن رئاسة تلك الدولة الوليدة لحاكم صنعاء تعبيراً عن حسن النوايا وصدقها في تأسيس دولة يمنية حديثة وموحدة، إلا أنها تفاجأت بنظام صنعاء ينكث بجميع اتفاقيات الوحدة ويفشل كل محاولات تطبيقها خلال المرحلة الانتقالية، بل ويسعى حثيثاً لتخلص منها ومن شريكه الجنوبي بكل السبل المشروعة وغير المشروعة، فلم يتحقق الدمج بين مؤسسات الدولتين، فيما عدى دمج شكلي لمؤسسة الرئاسة والبرلمان وقيادة الحكومة، وظلت معظم مؤسسات الدولتين لا تخضع إلا لقيادتها السابقة دون قيادة دولة الوحدة حتى وان كانت تتبعها في ظل التشكيل الحكومي الذي أعقب إعلان الوحدة وخصوصاً المؤسستين العسكرية والأمنية حيث ظل جيشا الدولتين وقواتهما الأمنية مستقلتين ويخضع كل منها لقيادته السابقة..
ت‌)اتخذ حاكم صنعاء إجراءات عمليه لإقصاء الشريك الجنوبي عن طريق تجنيد المجاهدين العائدين من أفغانستان، للقيام بعمليات تصفية جسدية لأبرز القيادات الجنوبية حسب خطورتها في نظر حاكم صنعاء على خططه التي أعدها وذلك تحت مبررات تكفريه عقائديه فكانت حصيلة ذلك خلال المرحلة الانتقالية فقط، قتل (152) قيادي، دون أن يتم القبض على قاتل واحد..
ث‌)إزاء الرفض المطلق لمشروع دولة الوحدة من قبل حاكم صنعاء، برزت أزمة سياسية بين شريكي الوحدة عقب الإعلان عنها بثلاثة أشهر، انسحب على أثرها الرئيس الجنوبي علي سالم البيض إلى عدن رافضاً عودته إلى صنعاء إلا بتطبيق اتفاقيات الوحدة واعتبار الجنوب بمشروعه الوطني شريكاً فيها، إلا أن جميع ما كان يتم الاتفاق عليه مع لجان الوساطة، ينكث به الطرف الآخر قبل أن يجف حبره حتى كانت انتخابات 93م البرلمانية التي صوت فيها الجنوب لموقف قيادته الرافض للظلم والإقصاء للجنوب كشريك في الوحدة ومشروع دولتها الحديثة.
ج‌) على الرغم من أن إفشال نظام صنعاء لاتفاقيات الوحدة وتعطيلها، كان كافياً لإعلان قيادة الجنوب فشل الوحدة الاندماجية وفك الارتباط بإعادة الحال إلى ما كان عليه قبل 22مايو 90م، رغم ذلك إلا أن القيادة الجنوبية وانطلاقاً من عظمة منجز الوحدة بنظرها، حاولت مع بقية القوى التقدمية والوطنية وتحت رعاية عربية ودولية، التوصل إلى صيغة جديدة من شانها بناء دولة يمنية حديثه موحدة بدلاً من عودة الوضع السابق، فتم فعلاً التوصل إلى وثيقة العهد والاتفاق التي تم التوقيع عليها في الأردن فبراير/1994م إلا أن هذه الوثيقة رغم قصورها في حل المشكلة من جميع جوانبها، فقد رأى فيها حاكم صنعاء وأسرته الحاكمة وشريكه الجديد ــ القديم ــ حزب الإصلاح الإسلامي، رأوا فيها تهديداً حقيقياً وانقلاباً على مشروعهم القبلي العائلي لحكم اليمن. وعندما أيقنوا بأن وثيقة العهد والاتفاق هي بداية النهاية لحكمهم، وقعوا عليها تحت الضغوط العربية والداخلية واتخذوا قرار الحسم العسكري الذي مهد له منذ البدء للخلاص من جميع المشاريع الوطنية القادمة من الجنوب التي تهدد بقاءهم، فأعلن حاكم صنعاء الحرب على الجنوب من ميدان السبعين في27/4/1994م ثم بدأت العمليات الحربية بتاريخ 5/5/1994م التي كان الجنوب مسرحها لمدة اثنين وسبعين يوماً، شارك فيها إلى جانب حاكم صنعاء قبائله وأكثر من عشرين ألف مجاهد عرب ويمنين من تنظيم القاعدة العائدين من أفغانستان حسبما كشفت التصريحات الرسمية في المرحلة اللاحقة، كما أن نظام صنعاء جعل من هذه الحرب حرباً دينية مقدسة ضد أعداء الله من الكفرة والملحدين الشيوعيين، فاصدر علماؤه فتوى تبيح قتل الجنوبيين ونساءهم وأطفالهم (ملحوظة يتم وضع رابط تلك الفتوى هنأ)

ح‌)قاوم جيش الجنوب قوات الجمهورية العربية اليمنية النظامية والجهادية والقبلية الغازية للجنوب على طول حدود جمهورية اليمن الديمقراطية الشعبية مع الجمهورية العربية اليمنية، وخاض معها حرباً شرسة استمرت لسبعين يوماً، إلا أن تمزيق أوصال الجيش الجنوبي بين الشمال والجنوب وعدم جاهزيته العسكرية وعدم استعداده لتلك الحرب، كل ذلك جعل الغلبة لقوات صنعاء الغازية..
خ‌)بعد أن رفض حاكم صنعاء كل الوساطات الإقليمية و العربية والدولية لوقف الحرب، بل ورفض الانصياع إلى قرارات الشرعية الدولية المتمثلة في قراري مجلس الأمن رقمي (321،334) (ملحوظة يوضع هنأ رابط قراري مجلس الأمن) بوقف القتال والعودة إلى الحوار بين الطرفين لإيجاد حل مناسب للمشكلة، وهو الأمر الذي تضمنته مواقف الدول العربية والجامعة العربية التي أكدت على عدم جواز فرض الوحدة بالقوة، بعد كل ذلك وأمام ضغط الجماهير التي خرجت إلى شوارع عدن وغيرها من مدن الجنوب، مطالبة قيادتها بإعلان فك الارتباط، فما كان من قيادة الجنوب إلا أن أعلنت فك ارتباط جمهورية اليمن الديمقراطية عن الجمهورية العربية اليمنية بتاريخ 21/5/1994م بعد مرور ستة عشر يوماً من بدء الحرب الشاملة ضد الجنوب، في حين ظلت قوات صنعاء تقدمها نحو العاصمة عدن وبقية المدن الجنوبية حتى أحكمت حصارها على العاصمة عدن وعزلها عن جميع المحافظات الجنوبية، بل وقامت بتدمير محطة توليد الكهرباء فيها في أوج حر صيفها الساخن وقصفت مدنها بالمدفعية والصواريخ والطائرات، بل وتم قطع امددات المياه عنها بعد السيطرة على منابعها في محافظة لحج المجاورة، ورفض الغزاة كل مساعي المنظمات الدولية والإنسانية وقرارات مجلس الأمن في إعادة تشغيل محطات ضخ المياه الواقعة على مشارف عدن بعد السيطرة عليها وإيقافها من قبل القبائل الهمجية الغازية، مما جعل ابناء عدن وابناء المناطق المجاورة الذي لجئوا إليها بعد اجتياح مناطقهم ونهبها من أولئك الغزاة، جعلهم يحفرون الآبار بأيديهم ويقفون في طوابير طويلة وسط لهيب حر الصيف وقذائف الغزاة تتهاوى على رؤوسهم وتحصد أرواح أعداد كبيرة منهم إثناء ذلك..
د‌) في ظل حصار همجي لا أخلاقي بات الوضع الإنساني والمعيشي لسكان عدن ومن لجأ إليها بالغ السوء، ويمثل كارثة إنسانية بكل ما تحمله الكلمة من معنى، فالساحات العامة والملاعب الرياضية والمدارس والمباني الحكومية والمساجد ومنازل سكان مدينة كريتر وغيرها من مدن عدن، باتت تكتظ بالنساء والأطفال والعجزة الذي هربوا من المناطق التي اجتاحها الغزاة ومن مناطق القتال على مشارف عدن في ظل انقطاع امدادات المياه والكهربا وكثافة القصف المدفعي والصاروخي من قبل القوات الغازية على تلك التجمعات والمنازل فكانت تلك القذائف تحط على رؤوس أولئك اللاجئين وتخلف الواحدة منها العشرات من القتلى والجرحى، مما جعل المستشفى الوحيد في خور مكسر الذي يستقبل الجرحى وجثث القتلى، غير قادر على استيعاب كل ذلك. إزاء هذا الوضع المأساوي لم يكن أمام قيادة الجنوب أي خيار غير وقف القتال ومغادرة عدن عبر البحر إلى الدول القريبة منها حقناً لدماء المدنين الأبرياء الذي لم تراع القبائل الغازية لحرمت دمائهم إلاً ولا ذمه.
ذ‌)فجعت عدن في يوم 7/7/1994م إثر دخول قوات حاكم صنعاء وقبائله عقب انسحاب قيادة الجنوب المدنية والعسكرية والأمنية منها، فجعت بكارثة أخلاقية وإنسانية لم تعرفها خلال تاريخها على مر العصور بل ولم تعرفها الإنسانية إلا في لحظات فارقه من تاريخها ظلت ذاكرة أجيالها تتداولها بوصفها أبشع صورة تجرد فيها بني البشر من إنسانيتهم وقيم الفطرة الإنسانية التي خلقوا عليها، في ذلك اليوم أعادت جحافل صنعاء الغازية إلى أذهان البشرية تلك الصورة القاتمة في ذاكرتها منذ غزو المغول التتار لعاصمة الخلافة الإسلامية بغداد في القرن السابع الهجري وتدميرهم لبغداد ونهب أموال سكانها ودولتها وإحراق مكتباتها ومساجدها ومتاجرها...الخ، أعادت جحافل صنعاء الغازية تلك الصورة القاتمة إلى أذهان البشرية من جديد يوم 7/7/1994م عندما استباحت عدن ودمرت ونهبت كل مقومات دولتها المادية والثقافية في مشهد همجي حفر تفاصيله في ذاكرة ابناء هذه المدينة اللذين شاهدوه وعاشوا تفاصيله كاملة، ذلك المشهد الذي ظهر فيه همج القبائل الغازية وهم يقتحمون المنازل والمدارس والمتاحف والمكتبات والمباني الحكومية ومقرات السفارات الأجنبية وينهبون محتوياتها بما فيها نوافذها وأسلاك الكهرباء وأدواتها المثبتة على جدرانها...الخ وبصورة همجية لا يمكن للأقلام والكلام وصفها كما حدثت بالواقع لهذه المدينة التي مثلت عبر تاريخها الطويل مركز إشعاع فكري وحضاري في المنطقة عموماً، هذه المدينة التي احتضنت كل القادمين إليها من مختلف أصقاع المعمورة ومنحتهم الأمن والحب والمعرفة دون تمييز عن أهلها ومن أولئك أحرار وثوار الشمال الفارين من جلادهم المستبد الإمام يحيى حميد الدين وبنيه، فعاد ابناء سبتمبر إلى هذه المدينة لرد الجميل وفقاً للطريقة السابق ذكرها.. فأي جزاء نالته عدن من أحفاد الزبيري والنعمان؟؟. وما نال عدن هو ما نال بقية مدن ومحافظات دولة الجنوب المختلفة وإنما كان وقع ذلك على عدن أكثر إيلاماً لأنها مدينة استثنائية وأعطت اليمن الشمالي كل ما لديها؟.
المرحلة الثانية: انهيار شرعية الوحدة واستئصال قيمها النبيلة(يوليو1994م ــ يناير 2006م):
إذا كان حرب اجتياح الجنوب في صيف 1994م قد قضت على شرعية ومشروعية عقد وحدة 22مايو 1990م السلمية من الناحية السياسية والقانونية، فإن سلوك نظام صنعاء عقب انتهاء تلك الحرب، تجاه الجنوب شعباً وأرضاً وتاريخاً وثقافة وهوية، قد دمر وقضى على قيم ومفاهيم الوحدة النبيلة في نفوس الجنوبيين وحولها من حلم قومي وقيمة إنسانية وأخلاقيه سامية، إلى كابوس مخيف في حياة الجنوبيين، باسمها تصادر الحقوق وتنهب الثروات وتنتهك وتداس حرية وكرامة الجنوبي على عتبات أبواب حكام صنعاء وزنازينهم حتى صار أنين وجع الجنوبي خيانة وطنية وارتداداً على وحدة ليس لها وجود إلا في جيوب وأرصدة حاكم صنعاء وزبانيته، لذلك فقد اتخذت هذه المرحلة مسارين متوازين منظم للجنوب، أحدهما تدمير ونهب منظم للجنوب، وثانيهما رفض جنوبي لذلك الاستبداد :
1ــ المسار الأول: تدمير الجنوب :
كشف نظام صنعاء عقب إقصاء شريكه الجنوبي في الوحدة وضمه للجنوب إلى حكمه بالقوة المسلحة، كشف عن حقيقة مفهوم الوحدة لديه ونظرته تجاه الجنوب التي كانت امتداداً لنظرة أسلافه أئمة الشيعة الزيديه الذين كانوا ينظرون إلى الجنوب كضيعة من ضياع الشمال وفرع من اليمن الأم (صنعاء) ويجب عودة ذلك الفرع إلى الأصل، ولأجل تحقيق أمنية إسلافه تلك، فقد اتخذ نظام صنعاء عقب سيطرت جيشه وقبائله ومجاهديه على الجنوب في 7/7/1994م الخطوات التالية:

أ‌) بدأت أول خطوة عقب احتلال الجنوب بالتخلص من جميع اتفاقيات الوحدة بما فيها دستورها ووثيقة العهد والاتفاق الموقعة في الأردن، فعدلت دستور الوحدة وحولت نظام الحكم من جماعي ــ مجلس رئاسة ــ إلى نظام فردي رئيس يجمع بيده كل السلطات ولا يخضع لمحاسبة أو رقابة أي سلطه أخرى، بمعنى آخر تم الرجوع إلى نظام الجمهورية العربية اليمنية وتطبيقه على شعب جمهورية اليمن الديمقراطية باعتبار هذه الأخيرة فرع ثم إعادته وضمه إلى الأصل.
ب‌) التخلص من اخطر مؤسسه جنوبيه ممكن أن تشكل تهديداً لوجود نظام صنعاء غير المشروع في الجنوب، وهي مؤسسة الجيشين الجنوبي فبعد أن شُردت قيادات الجيش العليا في دول الجوار، فقد عمد حاكم صنعاء لتصفية بقية العنصر البشري من الجيش الجنوبي وفق خطه منظمة ومدروسة ابتدأت في توزيع وتشتيت أفراده على وحدات وألوية جيش نظام صنعاء بما يضمن تذويب وحدات الجيش الجنوبي وتشتيتها داخل وحدات جيش صنعاء، ولكي يضمن نجاح ذلك فقد كان لزاماً عليه أن يتخلص من قيادة وضباط ذلك الجيش، فعمد إلى تسريح تلك القيادة وإبقاءها في البيوت دون إسناد أي مناصب أو مهام عسكرية إليها، بل بدونمنحها مستحقاتها القانونية في الترقية والمناصب وذلك كان تمهيداً لإحالتها للتقاعد في أوج عطائها بما تمتلكه من مؤهلات علميه وخبره عملية لا يتمتع بها من هم قادة الوحدات العسكرية القائمة، والذين هم من أسرة وأقرباء حاكم صنعاء وقبيلته، وبذلك حقق حاكم صنعاء ما كان يهدف إليه من رفض دمج الجيشين في المرحلة الانتقالية، بالحفاظ على جيشه كمؤسسة قبيلة تؤمن بقاءه في الحكم والقضاء على معارضيه.
ت‌). القضاء على جميع مؤسسات دولة الجنوب الأخرى ونهب مقوماتها المادية وتقاسمهاكغنائم بين أمراء الحرب من المشأئخ والمجاهدين والأسرة الحاكمة، ثم تسريح موظفي تلك المؤسسات وإبقائهم في منازلهم ومعظمهم بدون رواتب، ولم يقف الأمر عند ذلك بل لجأت السلطة إلى بيع وتوزيع ما تبقى من أصول المؤسسات الإنتاجية والصناعية الجنوبية على مراكز القوى المتنفذة والمقربين منها بثمنبخس تحت مسمى الخصخصة التي اقتصرت على مؤسسات دولة الجنوب دون الشمال..
ث‌) وضع الجنوب تحت قضيه أمنيه وعسكرية شديدة، حيث تم الزج بوحدات عسكريه ضخمة إلى مناطق الجنوب التي قسمت إلى مناطق عسكرية وفي إطار كل منطقه أنشأت قطاعات عسكريه وأصبح رئيس القطاع العسكري بالمنطقة أو المديرية هو صاحب السلطة العليا فيها، وصار هو من يقوم بحل قضايا المواطنين، بدلاً من القضاء وعن طريق التحكيم القبلي الذي يقتضي وضع ما تسميه قبائل الشمال ب(العدال) وهو عبارة عن (أسلحة أو سيارات أو مبالغ ماليه) من قبل طرفي المشكلة لدى ذلك القائد العسكري قبل إصدار حكمه بينهما، فضلاً عن أجرته وأجرة جنوده وأجرة العدول الذي سيستعين بهم في حل المشكلة.. وهكذا عاد الجنوبيون إلى مرحلة ما قبل الدولة بل وأسوأ من ذلك.
ج‌) ولان نظام صنعاء يدرك أكثر من غيره عدم شرعية وجوده في الجنوب، فقد حاول بكل الوسائل إضفاء مشروعية شكلية على ذلك الوجود من خلال الإغراء وشراء الذمم بل واستئجار بعض الشخصيات الجنوبية مستغلاً الظروف المادية الصعبة التي تعرض لها الجنوبيون بعد الحرب، فضلاً عن هواة المناصب والكراسي الذين لا يخلوا منهم زمان ولا مكان على مر تاريخ البشرية، ومع ذلك فشل ذلك النظام من اكتساب مشروعية حقيقية لاحتلال للجنوب .
