The total initial statistics for the victims in the southern capital city of Aden during the repressive massacres committed by the authorities of the tyrant of Yemen in the period, from 16th until 27th of February, 2011 around (170) wounded and more than (26) shot dead by live ammunition directly on the head of unarmed civilians in Aden.
On the southern Friday of wrath 24th February, 7 civilians were terribly killed and more than 40 wounded according to information gathered by a civil activist Mr. Ahmed Al-Rubeizi. The below listed is only names of the dead during the earlier mentioned period:
Mohammed Ahmed Saleh, Abdullah Ali, Salem Bashateh Deputy Head of Aden First Electricity District (he was shoot on the head by a doshka bullet penetrated his flat's window), Hael (only first name was known), Ammar Talal Al-Khorabi (a child) , an unknown clinically dead body of a man from Al-Moalla city in Al-Naqib Hospital, Mohammed Hamoud Ahmed (Clinically dead in hospital), Mohammed Ali Al-Alwani (19), Yassin Ali Al-Suraihi(19), Fadh Mubarak Al-Hanashi (23), Aref Mohammed Ali(18), Abdullah Mohammed Al-Ban (27), Moqbel Mohammed Al-Kazmi (18), Abdulkahim Mohammed Al-Kaladi( 21), Hani Mohammed Haitham(22), Hameed Hassan Hameed (23), Ghassan Ahmed (18), Ali Mahmoud Naji (23), Mohammed Muneer Khan (15, clinically dead), Ahmed Zaki (16), Aymen Ali Al-Naqib (20), Hisham Mohammed Qaid (25), Ali Abdullah Al-Khulaqi 15,clinically dead), Ahmed Sabri (19), Aref Mohammed Awadh (17).

As you notice, we are presenting on your hands this appeal which has been issued by the Southern HRW, hoping to get your assistance in conveying our humanitarian message to the maximum extent, especially since we are suffering from a crippling blockade. As we are stranded and not being able to express and transfer true images and facts of the committed massacres, war crimes and oppressive practices of excessive power against people of South Yemen. The only way available for us to do so is via emails and group mails or whatever possible to voice out our issue and communicate with the international community. We hope again that our messages receive your high attention and good care.
