مداخلة الكاتبه وهج الحضرمي رد على المجموعه الاولى من اسئلة جين نوفاك

أولاً: الوضع في اليمن الجنوبي كان على درجة عالية من الخطورة وعدم العدل لفترة تجاوزت العشر سنوات، ولكن تفاجأ الكثيرون عندما بدأت المظاهرات تشهد شدة ما يشعر به الجنوبيون.

لماذا تعتقد لم يكن هناك سوى القليل من الإشهار في هذا الموضوع قبل الآن؟ فهل كان الناس لا يعلمون؟ أو لا يهتمون أو كانوا خائفين من إعلاء كلمتهم؟
فما الذي حصل من تغيير أدى إلى ظهور هذه الشكاوي الآن؟


نرحب بالضيوف الكرام وانه لشرف عظيم لمنتدانا ان يتواجد فيه هذه الكوكبة من الكتاب والنشطاء السياسيين وأيضا نرحب بالناشطة الحقوقية جين نوفاك على قبول دعوتنا وتفاعلها مع قضيتنا والترحيب موصول بالدكتور خالد القاسمي الباحث الخليجي على اهتمامه وتفاعله مع ما يجري في جنوبنا المحتل .

سيدتي العزيزة جين ربما سؤالك يبدو من الوهلة الأولى أنه بسيط ولكنه عميق في الفكرة ومتشعب والأجوبة عليه ستكون متشعبة ايضا ولكن سنختصرها وذلك لاعطاء الفرصة للمتحاورين الآخرين وسأجيب على السؤال الأول ثم سأعود للاجابة على السؤال الثاني :
1- أعتقد أنه مرتبط بافرازات وعوامل سابقة قبل الوحدة حيث كان الوضع في السابق في يد سلطة الحزب الاشتراكي والناس كانت متذمرة بعض الشيء من قبضة الحزب وسياسته وكان الشعب متأملا الخير في هذه الوحدة للخلاص من الحكم الشمولي السابق الذي كان يحكم الجنوب على امل ان يطرأ التغيير وتتحسن معه معيشة الشعب وجاءت الوحدة وحدث ما حدث واستغل الطرف الثاني ( الجمهورية العربية اليمنية ) أوضاع الناس الذين كانوا معتمدين على الدولة في كل شيء بحكم أن النظام كان تحت ايدولوجية اشتراكية والسلطة هي المتصرف الوحيد في حياة الناس ولا يوجد أي انفتاح لديهم .
من هنا كان امل الناس في الخلاص من هذا الوضع ولم تكن تدري انها ستترحم على النظام السابق الذي كان يوفر لهم الأمن والأمان والمعيشة في تلك المرحلة السابقة ورغم مساوئ الحزب في بعض تلك السياسات الا أنه تبين لهم ان الوضع المعيشي والأمني كان افضل مما هو عليه الآن .

2- الفترة من 1990 الى 1994 كانت فترة قصيرة ومليئة بالمشاحنات بين القيادات الجنوبية والشمالية مما ادى الى عدم تبلور انطباعاتهم السلبية والايجابية للوحدة نتيجة الصراعات في تلك الفترة والتي ادت في النهاية الى حرب 1994 . حتى القيادات الجنوبية والكثير من الناس كانت فكرتهم ايجابية عن الوحدة على امل ان يطرأ التغيير ولكن تبين لهم فيما بعد 1994 أنهم في خطأ وأن سلطة الجمهورية العربية اليمنية كانت واضعة مخطط وبرنامج ممنهج لتدمير الجنوب ونهبه واحتلاله واقصاء ابنائهم ليتسنى لهم التفرد بخيرات الجنوب وفرض سياستهم عليه .

3 – اقتصر عمل اغلب الجنوبيين بالعمل الحكومي وعدم اعطائهم الفرصة لاحتكار التجارة التي كانت ولا تزال مقتصرة على التجار الشماليين الذين ينفذون فرض اجندة السلطة مقابل تسهيلات تعطى لهؤلاء التجار داخل الجنوب .

4- التخلص من العسكريين والمدنيين الجنوبيين وانهاء خدماتهم في سن ما قبل التقاعد مما سهل سيطرة عسكر الجمهورية العربية اليمنية على قبضة الجنوب والسيطرة عليه مما ادى الى انفجار غضب العسكريين والذي ادى الى انشاء جمعية المتقاعدين العسكريين ثم تطور الى ظهور هيئة الحراك السلمي .

5- خطابات الرئيس والفاظه البذيئة والكذب الواضح في احاديثه استفزت واستنفرت الشعب بالاضافة الى عسكرة الحياة المدنية واساءة الجنود واستخدام القوة واشهار السلاح في وجوه الناس أثناء الاعتصامات السلمية مما فجر الضغط عند الناس وكسر حاجز الخوف لديهم .

6 - . تفشي وازدياد البطالة في الجنوب والفساد الاداري والمالي في السلطة الشمالية والتفرقة العنصرية وهضم الحقوق الصحية والتعليمية والعملية ورعبهم وابتزازهم واقصائهم وتغذية النظام الشمالي لأبنائه ضد أبناء الجنوب على أن الجنوبيين شيوعيين وليسوا أصحاب الأرض بل هم دخلاء عليها من الهند وافريقيا وشرق آسيا وأن الشماليين هم أصحاب الأرض الحقيقيين وأن الفرع رجع للأصل .
(( سؤال : كيف يكون الجنوب الفرع كما يدعون وهو أكبر من أرضهم بثلاث مرات مساحة ؟ ومن المعروف ان يكون الفرع صغيراً ؟ ))
7- ايضا لا ننسى خوف الناس من عودة الحكم السابق للحزب بنفس العقلية السابقة ادى الى سكوت الناس على امل ان يكون هناك تصحيح قادم ولكنهم ادركوا ان العقلية الشمالية عقلية قبلية لا يمكن تغييرها واتضح ان سياسة الحزب كانت أفضل مما هو عليه الآن .

هذه الاجابة على السؤال الأول وسأرد لاحقاً على السؤال الثاني
