قوى الثورة السلمية في الجنوب توجه رسالة عاجلة للعالم وتطلب التدخل العاجل

وجهت قوى ومكونات الثورة السلمية الجنوبية التحررية رسالة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية إلى السادة الأمناء العامين للأمم المتحدة ومنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي وجامعة الدول العربية ومجلس التعاون الخليجي، بشأن ما يحدث في الجنوب.

وطالبت الرسالة - تلقى عدن الغد نسخة منها - هذه الجهات العربية والإقليمية والدولية التدخل العاجل لإيقاف القمع الوحشي والانتهاكات الفظيعة التي تحدث لشعب الجنوب فوراً، وتحميل صنعاء كامل المسؤولية عما يحدث، والتحقيق والتحري بالطرق القانونية.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

نتوجه إليكم بهذا الخطاب، في هذه اللحظة المحفوفة بالصمت المريب عما تشنه قوات السلطة الحاكمة في صنعاء من حملات قمعية وحشية ضد شعب الجنوب في عدن وحضرموت ومدن ومناطق الجنوب الأخرى لإخراس إرادته ونضاله السلمي المدني الحضاري، لنيل حقه المشروع في الحرية والاستقلال، وإعادة بناء دولته الجنوبية الكاملة السيادة على ترابه الوطني (بحدود جمهورية اليمن الديمقراطية الشعبية عام 1990م المعروفة دولياً).

إن الصمت المريب عما يحدث في الجنوب خلال السنوات الماضية كان غطاءً إقليمياً ودولياً للانتهاكات الفظيعة التي مورست ضد شعبنا الذي انتهج السلمية سبيلاً لتحقيق إرادته وفق المبادئ والمواثيق الدولية والإنسانية، وسيكون هذا الصمت المريب والتواطؤ غير المبرر قانونياً وإنسانياً وأخلاقياً،سبباً في تمادي سلطات صنعاء في القمع الهمجي الذي مازال مستمراً بشدة،حتى هذه اللحظة، ضد شعب مسالم أعزل، في مدنه وقراه وأحيائه وحاراته وأزقته، حيث استشهد وجرح خلال يومين فقط العشرات من شباب ورجال ونساء الجنوب، منذ أن استباحت حكومة صنعاء مدينة عدن عسكرياً يوم 21 فبراير 2013م.

تعلمون أيها السادة الأمناء العامون أن وحدة سلمية اندماجية تم إعلانها في 22مايو 1990م، بين دولتين هما (جمهورية اليمن الديمقراطية الشعبية – عدن) و(الجمهورية العربية اليمنية – صنعاء)، بغاية تشكيل دولة بمسمى (الجمهورية اليمنية)، وكان لكل منهما، حينئذ، شخصيتها الاعتبارية الإقليمية والإسلامية والدولية، لكن تلك الدولة لم تقم، وأجهض مشروعها بالحرب في صيف 1994م، ليصبح الجنوب دولةً وشعباً ووطناً وهويةً، مستباحاً من قبل الطرف الذي دخل شريكاً معه في وحدة سلمية (الجمهورية العربية اليمنية – صنعاء).

إننا نناشدكم التدخل العاجل لإيقاف هذا القمع الوحشي والانتهاكات الفظيعة فوراً، وتحميل صنعاء كامل المسؤولية عما يحدث، والتحقيق والتحري بالطرق القانونية، لأن شعبنا الأعزل المسالم (من باب المندب غرباً إلى المهرة شرقاً)، الذي يتمسك بالنهج السلمي خياراً استراتيجياً لثورته السلمية التحررية منذ انطلاقها في 7/7/2007م، لا يمكن أن يستكين، أو يظل، إلى ما لانهاية، ضحيةً سهلة لمن لا يجيدون سوى القمع والقتل أسلوباً.

إنكم معنيون، أيها السادة الأمناء العامون، بما يحدث انطلاقاً من مسؤوليتكم القانونية والإنسانية والأخلاقية، استباقاً لأي تداعيات لهذا الصمت العربي والدولي تجاه ما يحدث، حمايةً شعب الجنوب، وتأميناً للأمن والاستقرار في هذه المنطقة الحيوية من العالم، فصمتكم عما يحدث من جرائم بحق شعب الجنوب لا يسقط المسؤولية عنكم مستقبلا، حينما لا يمكن تلافي مخاطر هذا الصمت.

We are drawing your attention at this very critical moment that is fraught with dubious silence on the brutal and savage crackdown waged by the forces of the ruling authorities in SANA against the people of the south in Aden, Hadramout, and other cities and areas to silence its will and the civilized peaceful and civil struggle to achieve its legitimate right in freedom, independence and rebuilding of its southern state with full sovereignty on its national soil (pursuant to boundaries of the Peoples democratic republic of Yemen in 1990 as recognized internationally).

Your Excellency,

The dubious silence on what is happening in the south during past years was the actual cover regionally and internationally for the egregious violations practiced on our people who are pursuing the peaceful means in their endeavor to accomplish their will in accordance with international charters and principles . This dubious silence and the collusion that is unjustified legally, humanitarianly, and ethically will remain the cause for the persistence of the Sana regime in this brutal and savage crackdown that is continuing severely until this moment against our peaceful and unarmed people in his cities ,villages districts , quarters , alleys which has so far claimed tens of lives and injuries among our young men and women since the Sana authorities renderedthe city of Aden permissible militarily on Feb.21,2013.

Your Excellency,

You are aware that a peaceful fusible unity was proclaimed on 22May 1990 between two states namely (The democratic and peoples republic of Yemen- Aden) and the (Arab republic of Yemen – Sana) in order to form a state in the name of (Yemen republic) until then each posses its moral identity regionally, islamicaly and internationally , but that state never existed and its project was aborted by the Summer 1994 war which made the south the state, the nation, the homeland and the identity rendered permissible by the party that entered with it in a partnership of a peaceful unity ( Yemen Arab Republic- Sana).

Your Excellency,

We call upon you to intervene urgently to stop this brutal and savage crackdown and the atrocious violations immediately, and make Sana bear the responsibility of the events, and make necessary legal investigations as our peaceful and unarmed nation ( from the Bab el mandab west to Almahrah east) that clings to peaceful approach as a strategic choice for his peaceful revolution for liberation since its beginning on 7.7.2007.Our people shall not surrender or remain to infinity a victim for those who only know the path of crackdown and killing .

Your Excellency,

From the legal, humanitarian, and ethical responsibility bestowed upon you; you are no doubt concerned with what is happening. And in anticipation of any consequences of this Arab and International silence towards the events in the south, and in order to ensure peace and stability in this vital area of the world. Your silence on the crimes taking place on our nation does not exempt you from responsibility when the dangers of this silence cannot be avoided.
