*تفقد الأستاذ عبدالملك مطهر القائم بأعمال رئيس مجلس الإدارة نائب المدير العام للشؤون التجارية العمل في مكاتب المبيعات و خدمة العملاء لترتيب الحجوزات.*
*واشاد مطهر بالجهود المبذولة من قبل الموظفين في اطار تحسين العمل وتقديم افضل الأداء من اجل اشعار المسافرين بقرب الشركة منهم واهتمامها بهم.*
*كما أكد ان ما يقومون به في خدمة المسافرين الذين تعتمد الشركة عليهم وانها خدمة انسانية قبل ان تكون مهمة وظيفية واستمع الي بعض الركاب ومايعانون منه خلال سفرهم الي مطارات الداخلية. كما حث الموظفين على الاستفادة من كل العقبات التي واجهتها الشركة خلال الاعوام المنصرمة وخصوصا جائحة كورونا ووضع الحلول المناسبة لمواجهة أي طارئ.*

The Acting Chairman Of YemenAirways Making A Visit To The Sales Offices Checking the Going-On Work
The Acting Chairman Of YemenAirways, Deputy Director Of Commercial Affairs,Mr Abdulmalik Mutahar has made a visit to the Sales Offices as well as the Customer Service Department checking how the process of work is going on .
The Acting Chairman Of YemenAirways, Mr. Abdulmalik Mutahar,has praised all the efforts exerted by Yemenia Staff in regard with the way of improving work as well as giving the best service in order that all travellers feel the attention paid to them by YemenAirways.
He also asserted that all the efforts exerted in this side for the sake of travellers are really considered not only a job but a human service.
He also listened to the complaints of some passengers who explained about the sufferings they face when they travel through the domestic airports .
In addition,he asserted that all staff should get benefit from all the problems that YemenAirways faced throughout the last years especially in regard with the pandemic of Covid-19 ,and to put the suitable solutions to face any coming urgent problems.
He also hoped that this new year to be full of success & acheivments in all fields of work at Yemenia.
