الساده الكرام في المنظمات الدوليه واللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر الدولي
يهدي المرصد الجنوبي لحقوق الإنسان (ساهر) أطيب تحياته إلىكم. ويكرر لكم بصورة عاجلة مناشده التي لاتحتمل التأخير في البث فيها ولا التأجيل في تلبية مطلبها .. كون هناك العديد من ابناء الجنوب يتعرضون حتى اللحظة للقتل والتنكيل والحصارمن قبل القوات اليمنيه المتمركزه في عدن.
ان الاحداث الداميه التي شهدتها مدينة عدن اليوم 25.02.2011 وصلت الى 7 قتلى ,61 جريح خلال التظاهرات السلميه التي جرت للشباب الذين يطالبون بنظام جديد مبني على الحقوق المتساويه للجميع, الا ان هذه التظاهرات السلميه قد ووجهت بالقوه العسكريه لرجال الامن اليمني مستخدمتا فيها الرصاص الحي ضدهم.
ولقد وصل عدد القتلى في الجنوب منذُ 16.02.2011 الى اكثر من 25 قتيل والجرحى الى اكثر من 176 جريح ولازالت انتهاكات قوات الامن اليمنية مستمره حتى هذه اللحظة في المدن الجنوبيه وبالاخص في مدينتي عدن والمكلا. وسنوافيكم بتفاصيل هذه الاحداث خلال تقريرنا لشهر فبراير 2011.
أننا في المرصد الجنوبي لحقوق الانسان (ساهر) ندين بشدة بطش السلطات اليمنية وقتلها للمواطنين العزل في مدينة عدن، ونناشد المجتمع الدولي ممثلا بمنظماته الإنسانية التدخل السريع لدى هذه السلطات لوقف اعتداءتها على المواطنين المتظاهرين سلميا والتي تستخدم فيها الرصاص الحي لترويعهم مما ادى الى سقوط العشرات بين قتيل وجريح. وان هذه الجرائم التي وصلت الى حد القتل المباشر من قبل قوات الامن اليمنيه هي جرائم انسانيه يجب معاقبة مرتكبيها وملاحقتم من قبل المجتمع الدولي ومحاكمة الدولية.
ان هناك العديد من الجرحى الذين يعانون من عدم تقديم سرعة الاسعافات الاولية والرعاية الصحية, كما انهم يلاقون تصرفات لااخلاقية وغير انسانية يتعرض لها داخل المستشفيات الحكومية من خلال عدم تقديم الخدمات الطبية والعلاجية الكافية لهم وعدم قبول البعض منهم. وان المستشفيات الخاصة مكتضه بالعديد من الجرحى التي يصعب علاجهم لعدم توفر الاماكن والامكانات اللازمة في استقبالهم لكثرة عددهم أو لعدم توفر تكاليف العلاج من قبلهم.
لذلك فأن المرصد الجنوبي يدعو اللجنة الدولية للصليب الاحمر في إرسال أطقمها الإنسانية للمساعدة في إنقاذ الجرحى وتقديم المساعدات الانسانيه في مدينة عدن وبقية مدن الجنوب التي تعاني يوميا من جرى الانتهاكات اللاانسانيه التي ترتكبها قوات الأمن اليمنية.
وإن المرصد الجنوبي اذ يتعشم منكم في تعميم تلك الأحداث على المجتمع الدولي وتحميل المسؤولية لمن ارتكبها ومن أمر بها من قيادات سياسية وعسكرية متنفذه في حكومة الجمهورية اليمنية.

Urgent appeal to Humanitarian International Organisations and the International Committee of Red Cross

The Southern Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) presents its compliments to the Humanitarian International Organizations and the International Committee of the International Red Cross. Urgently we appeal you again in a moment that does not bear thinking nor delaying its demands, Since the fact that there are many people of the south of Yemen are exposed to killings and torture by Yemeni troops stationed in Aden.
The bloody events in the city of Aden today has reached 7 dead and 61 wounded during peaceful demonstrations that took place this day of young people who are demanding a new system based on equal rights for all, but these peaceful demonstrations have beenEncountered by Military force of the Yemeni security men, where they use live bullets against the demonstrators
The death toll in South Yemen since 16.02.2011 is more than 25 people and more than 167 wounded, while the Yemeni security forces are still continuing using live bullets against unarmed demonstrators at the moment in the southern cities, specially in the city of Aden and Almukalla. We will provide you with details of these events through our report for the month of February 2011.
The Southern Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) strongly condemns the brutality of the authorities of Yemen and killing the defenseless citizens in the city of Aden, and calls upon the international community, represented in its human rights organizations, to perform rapid intervention to stop the violations against the peaceful citizens and demonstrators through using live bullets to intimidate them, which led to dozens of dead and wounded. And that these crimes which reached the extent of direct killing, are crimes against humanity, their perpetrators must be punished and pursued by the international community and its courts.
There are many wounded people who suffer from the lack of immediate first aid and health care, and they suffer from immoral and inhuman actions in governmental hospitals through the non-provision of medical services and adequate medical treatment and not accepting some of them, while the private hospitals are overflowed with many wounded that are difficult to treat for the lack of places and necessary resources to contain that large number or for the lack of the treatment expenses.
The Southern Observatory calls upon the International Committee of the International Red Cross and to send human crews to assist in rescuing the wounded and to provide humanitarian assistance in the city of Aden and other southern cities that suffer form daily inhuman violations committed by Yemeni security forces.
The Southern Observatory appeals you to circulate these events to the international community and hold accountable those who committed and ordered to execute those violations by influential military and political leaders in the government of the Republic of Yemen.
